Orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. and Canada may be placed online or by contacting Customer Service, toll-free at 1-800-527-2548, or international at 1-214-634-1283. International orders placed online are shipped by USPS International or UPS Worldwide.

Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped from TwoPurplePandas.com will include a declaration indicating the contents as 'Craft Items', with full value for the order listed. A packaged returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in TwoPurplePandas.com being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. How to Order
1) Enter Product Information
Ordering with TwoPurplePandas.com is as quick and easy. Browse the product categories or use the Product Search box to quickly find an item by its description. When you've found the item you are looking for, enter the desired quantity in the quantity box and click the "e;Add to Cart"e; button to place the item in your cart. When an item is successfully added to your cart from a shopping page, a pop up will appear. If an item is out of stock, a pop up will appear stating that there is not enough quantity in stock available.
To change the quantity of any item, go to "e;Shopping Cart"e; link at the top right. You can enter the new (total) quantity you would like to order and click on the ''Update Quantity'' button. To view additional information about a product, click on the item name or image. You will find a larger image and detailed product information.
You can remove several items at a time and checking the box shown at the left of each item and selecting "e;Remove Selected"e; button at the top left of the shopping cart.
Enter the item number from your catalog without spaces and click ''Enter''. The item that matches the product number will display in the window below.
If this is the item you wish to order, enter the desired quantity in the quantity box and click the "e;Add to Cart"e; button. When an item is successfully added to your cart from a shopping page, a pop up will appear. If an item is out of stock, a pop up will appear stating that there is not enough quantity in stock available.
2) Review Shopping Cart
To view your shopping cart, click on the "e;Shopping Cart'' link located in the upper right corner of each page. Once at the shopping cart, you can review all the items that you have placed in your shopping cart and information about each item. You can also make some changes to your shopping cart here, such as modify quantities or remove an item from your shopping cart. If you make any changes to your quantities, click the "e;Update Quantity"e; button at the left of the item. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "e;Continue Shopping"e; button at the bottom left. If you are finished selecting items, click the "e;Checkout"e; button on the bottom right of the page.
Adding an item to Wish List at this point allows you to keep the item as a reference directly from your Wish list. You can use the listing to search for similar items using keywords in the description of the item.
When your cart update is complete, you may select ''Continue Shopping'' to return to the last shopping page you viewed, or ''Checkout'' to proceed through the checkout process. If you are not logged in when you select ''Checkout'', you will first be directed to the Login page.
3) Login Page
If you are new to TwoPurplePandas.com, click the "e;New Customer"e; button to proceed to the account information page. Current customers may Login using a previously registered email address and password or lookup an existing account using their e-mail address. If you need to permanently update your information, you will need to go to "e;My Account"e;->"e;Personal Profile"e;.
4) Check Out
1. Address Information
Enter your shipping address information. If you will be shipping to an address that is different from your billing address, please check the appropriate box. The Ship-To Address information will appear from your profile information, or enter information for a New Recipient. Click "e;Next"e; at bottom right.
Enter your billing address. If your billing address does not match your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Click "e;Next at bottom right.
All available shipping options to your address will be listed. If you would like more information for any of these methods, please use the link labeled ''When will my order ship?'' at the top of the page.
You may include any special shipping instructions or notes regarding your order here.
3. Checkout Questions
This is the screen where you will enter any gift certificate numbers and discount codes.
If we are out of stock on any items that you have purchased and you do not want to hold your order for a substitute, please select "e;Ship Without"e;. Items that are unavailable at the time of your order, will be removed (you will not be charged for the items). If you need certain items, and would like to be contacted about possible substitutions, please select "e;Hold Order and Contact for Substitution."e; You will be e-mailed about any delay in your order. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list or check your spam/junk mail folders.
We carry a variety of embellishments including metal charms, resin charms, and resin flat backed decorations. Sometimes customers confuse resin decorations for charms. If you do not want any resin decorations, please select "e;I only want charms and findings."e; If you have ordered resin flat backed decorations, we will hold your order and contact you will possible charm substitutions. Click "e;Next"e; at bottom right.
4. Payment Information
Your product total, shipping and handling cost and total will be listed.
5. Order Review
Confirm all order details, including billing and shipping addresses, shipping method, payment details and Cart contents (shown at bottom of screen). This is your last chance to cancel your order before it is processed. Once all information is correct, click Place Your Order''.
6. Order Confirmation
You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number. Please reference this number if contacting customer service regarding your order.
