Should it be necessary to return an item, we will happily refund undamaged items in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the package, within a period of 7 days of receipt of original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. A RMA number can be obtained by e-mailing us at It is better to insure the package. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We will not be responsible for lost or packages damaged by the shipping company. You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses and excluding a restocking fee. A refund will be electronically credited to Card Holder's account within 7 business days of return receipt. Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

Priority Mail Service, typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.
Please note that holiday packages may be delayed due to mail volume at the post office. Please check UPS Expedited Rates (Next Day, 2-Day, & 3-Day) for specific delivery days.
Express Mail Service, arrives in 2 days in metro areas and 3 days to outlying areas, includes weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

Charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone.

UPS Ground, arrives within 7 business days, excluding holidays. Delivers Monday through Friday. Available to Alaska or Hawaii addresses. For approximate shipping times, please reference the map below.

UPS 3-Day Select, arrives by the end of the day of the third business day, excluding holidays. Not available to Alaska or Hawaii addresses.

UPS 2nd Day Air, Delivery by the end of the second business day, excluding holidays.
Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

UPS Next Day Air, Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination, excluding holidays

We offer convenient shipping methods for delivery within the United States. Orders will be shipped the within 2 business days. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose between delivery methods and view the actual shipping charge for your order. Orders are served on a first come, first ship basis provided the items are in stock. The Customer will be notified of any delay by email. If you choose UPS Shipping - they DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Saturday delivery is extra.. For ALL orders we will be validating shipping and billing information. Assuming we have no difficulty validating, orders will be shipped in two to three business days.

Some deliveries may require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by carrier. Shipping & Handling is not refundable on refused or undeliverable shipments.

International Shipping

We ship USPS Express Mail International and UPS.

We do not ship USPS Airmail Parcel Post or Priority Mail International because we cannot track these packages. Any international orders may be subject to import tax, duties and/or brokerage fees. We do not charge for this tax, so the customer will have to take care of it separately. You are responsible for,any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees your country or the shipping company charges to import these items.

We are not responsible for any package that is damaged or lost due to another country's customs or postal service. Shipping time is not guaranteed; shipping cost is also not guaranteed. If the item is lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping service; we are not responsible. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be given by


Sales Tax
We are located in Southlake, Texas, USA. We are required to collect sales tax from Texas residents or for purchases delivered in Texas. It will be added to your order total. Texas sales tax does not apply for items shipped outside of Texas to residents of other states. We do not collect sales tax for other states. If sales or use tax is applicable in your state it is your responsibility to contact your state's tax division to comply.
